Please fill in your full address in all the details, otherwise the parcel we post to you will be returned to us or we will simply ignore your request and save everyone the trouble.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for the return of the product within 10 days from the date you receive the product if it is in new condition with no visible wear and tear, if the product is not covered by our manufacturer's warranty against defects and the exchange is not due to our error.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please let us know if the product is defective or not working properly. In order to solve the problem as soon as possible, please contact us at marketing@hosecom.com and attach a few photos or videos of the poor quality or damaged item. Ideally the photos would be taken on a flat surface and clearly show the labeling and error. Once we confirm that this is the case, we will immediately send you a free replacement without the need to return the defective item. We will use this information to help you process your order and eliminate future errors.
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us at marketing@hosecom.com. To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number. Thank you!
If you are canceling an order after the package has been shipped or is in transit to its destination, please contact us and refuse to accept the package as we will not be able to recall the package at that time. Refunds will be issued as soon as the package begins to be returned.
