Return Policy and Warranty

At HOSECOM, we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the products they purchase from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or product issues and are frustrated, please email us and one of our team will assist you immediately.

Please fill in your full address in all the details, otherwise the parcel we post to you will be returned to us or we will simply ignore your request and save everyone the trouble.

 

Return Policy 

1.Unsatisfied with your order

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for the return of the product within 10 days from the date you receive the product if it is in new condition with no visible wear and tear, if the product is not covered by our manufacturer's warranty against defects and the exchange is not due to our error.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Damage or poor quality

Please let us know if the product is defective or not working properly. In order to solve the problem as soon as possible, please contact us at marketing@hosecom.com and attach a few photos or videos of the poor quality or damaged item. Ideally the photos would be taken on a flat surface and clearly show the labeling and error. Once we confirm that this is the case, we will immediately send you a free replacement without the need to return the defective item. We will use this information to help you process your order and eliminate future errors.

 

 

Order Cancellation

1. Canceling an unshipped order

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us at marketing@hosecom.com. To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number. Thank you!

2. Cancel Shipped Orders

If you are canceling an order after the package has been shipped or is in transit to its destination, please contact us and refuse to accept the package as we will not be able to recall the package at that time. Refunds will be issued as soon as the package begins to be returned.

 

 

Warranty Policy

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by accident
  • Improper maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color and material breakage due to sun exposure
  • Aftermarket modifications
  • Returns and exchanges of water-infused products are not accepted

 

 

Refund Policy 

If you feel that the product you purchased did not meet your initial requirements, then you have the option of requesting a refund.

You can get a full refund and here are the circumstances under which refunds are allowed:

  • If the product you purchased is completely unusable.
  • If you do not receive the product within 30 business days of placing your order.

Please note: Refunds will be returned to your account within 3-5 business days.

 

 

Return shipping costs

You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

If you are sending an item valued at over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Thank you!
