We process orders Monday through Friday
Orders are processed within 3 business days of ordering and shipped the day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Please note that these are estimated shipping times only, so shipping dates may be delayed or sooner.
NOTE: If you do not hear back from our customer service team within an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check the spam folder of your contact email. Our emails may have been incorrectly filtered by your email server/provider.
Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. If the information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may result in a delay in delivering your order. Customs clearance may also cause delays.
Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post office, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the post office may leave a notification card advising you how and where to collect your delivery, or the parcel may be left on your doorstep or somewhere in your yard, so please contact the courier for assistance.
Please fill in your address in all the details, otherwise, the parcel we mailed to you will be returned to us, or we will simply ignore your request and save everyone the trouble.
After the parcel is sent out, the system will update the logistics information to the customer's order information, and the customer can track the parcel through "Personal Center - Order Management". We will also send the tracking link to your mailbox, please pay attention to check the receipt, sometimes the mail will enter the mailbox trash.
Small orders we will use air express shipping, usually you will receive your package in 5-20 days, some countries and regions may be more than 20 days.
